Briana has over a decade of experience in social services, specializing in providing support to individuals within the foster youth, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), substance use, and mental health populations. Briana holds a solid educational background in English and Public Policy and is currently pursuing a master’s in Forensic Psychology. Her commitment to compliance is respectfully coupled with a dedicated focus on continuous learning and adaptation within the ever-evolving behavioral health sector. Her experience involves managing caseloads, performance monitoring, extensive crisis intervention training, and contributing to the enhancement of service quality through data analysis and process improvement initiatives. In her role, Briana actively seeks opportunities to contribute to the refinement of service quality and technical assistance training. She is thrilled about the prospect of leveraging her extensive experience and commitment to quality improvement in her role with the Catalyst Center at California Alliance.
