Mirabel Raphael

Mirabel Raphael is a Research Assistant at the Catalyst Center. She is a student whose academic interests include social studies and language. At Catalyst, Mirabel investigates county-level differences between Transitional Housing Placement Programs for Non-Minor Dependents (THPP-NMD) through the lens of providers. This project contributes to recommendations on how transitional housing programs can best meet youth’s needs. Outside of school, Mirabel enjoys reading, debate, and involvement in local politics.
