I began my career as a data coordinator, where I entered and analyzed data from Evips, QNXT, and Symplr payers. My daily responsibilities included identifying and resolving billing issues related to claims. I worked closely with teams to find solutions and ensure these issues were addressed efficiently and promptly. I was responsible for running reports to track progress and verify accuracy.

I enjoy discovering methods to enhance workflows and processes. I enjoy assisting people and ensuring smooth transactions for everyone while resolving any issues that arise.
