Submit Your Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the Alliance's 20th Anniversary Fall Conference

This conference will bring together more than 400 of our members and partners to engage in learning, advocacy and partnership opportunities. We are looking for a wide range of proposals in the areas of behavioral health, child welfare, education, juvenile justice and prevention, as well as organizational management and leadership. 

We are accepting proposals for 1 and 2 hour workshop and plenary sessions for our Fall Conference on September 8-11 and pre-conference trainings. We are looking for proposals focused on the broad areas of behavioral health, education, child welfare, juvenile justice, and organizational management. The Legislative Analyst's Office compiled a brief that provides information, analysis, and key issues to consider in evaluating the Governor’s 2020-21 budget proposals for the major programs in Department of Social Services. Governor Newsom's proposed budget includes increased funding for a number of programs and initiatives, primarily due to more Californians utilizing services.
