What to Know Before You Apply
Submission Timeline
Proposals are due September 20, 2026. Applicants will be notified of their status by October 9, 2026.
Session Format
Breakout sessions run 60 minutes and should be interactive, engaging, and solutions-focused — think case studies, real-world application, and audience participation. Panels and co-presenter formats are welcome.
Who You'll Reach
Attendees include nonprofit leaders, advocacy organizations, and county and state partners. Sessions should offer practical takeaways and applicable strategies.
Technology & AV
Each breakout room includes a projector, screen, microphone, and Wi-Fi. Presenters should plan to bring their own laptop.

We aim to offer continuing education credit for STRTP & GH Administrators and SHRM. Priority will be given to proposals that include all details necessary to be CE-eligible.
