Katrina Reeves serves as Chief of Staff at the California Alliance of Child and Family Services and its Catalyst Center, where she supports organizational coordination, leads internal operations, and helps guide the implementation of the Alliance’s strategic plan. She works closely with leadership and staff to align day-to-day efforts with long-term goals, fostering collaboration and continuity across teams.

Katrina’s path at the Alliance has included serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO, Office Manager, and later Deputy Director of Operations. These experiences gave her a broad perspective on the organization’s inner workings and a practical understanding of what it takes to support a mission-driven team.

Before joining the Alliance, Katrina worked as a collegiate coach, developing skills in communication, team leadership, and strategic planning—strengths she continues to bring into her current role. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Development from San Diego State University and a Master’s in Education from Central Michigan University.

Outside of work, Katrina enjoys watching sports, playing music, and spending time with her wife, Maria, and their two dogs, Ace and Indie.
