Based on interviews with 13 CBOs, the research highlights effective strategies—from trauma-informed approaches to discipline to on-campus crisis response—while also identifying key systemic challenges such as unsustainable CYBHI reimbursement rates and service gaps in small districts. With 64% of teachers seeking trauma training, the findings provide a roadmap for strengthening school–CBO collaborations statewide.
