Elle Grant serves as a Policy Advocate at the California Alliance of Child and Family Services. With over eight years of experience in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and program management, Elle is passionate about advancing policies that strengthen children, families, and communities. Prior to joining the Alliance, Elle worked at the California Primary Care Association, where she managed programs supporting over 1,200 community health centers, led initiatives to improve member engagement, and advocated for underserved communities. She also served as a program analyst with California Correctional Health Care Services, focusing on behavioral health and workforce development policies.

Elle holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration and has a strong background in addressing social determinants of health and building partnerships to drive equity-focused outcomes. At the Alliance, Elle is dedicated to shaping policies and initiatives that empower families and promote the well-being of California’s most vulnerable children.
