Jessica is an MSW practicum student with Tulane University. Jessica has been working with children, youth, and families impacted by mental health, the child welfare system, juvenile justice, and homelessness in Sacramento since 2019. As a mental/behavioral health and social services provider, Jessica is a fierce advocate for quality, timely, and dignified services for children, youth, and families. She is excited to join the CA Alliance Policy Team to serve underserved communities and Alliance members state-wide and amplify their voices.
